Farhan Siddiqi, MD

Farhan Siddiqi, MD

Farhan Siddiqi is a Board Certified Spine Surgeon and is dual fellowship-trained in both endoscopic spinal surgery and reconstructive spinal surgery. Dr. Siddiqi received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his fellowship training by Dr. Paul McAfee, Professor, Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Siddiqi is a member of the North American Spine Society, Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Siddiqi lectures throughout the country on the treatment of back and neck pain with less invasive options including stem cell transplant and endoscopic laser surgery.

James B. Billys, MD

James B. Billys, MD

James Billys is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and is dual fellowship-trained in spine surgery as well as hand and microvascular reconstructive surgery. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed his fellowship training under Dr. Harry Buncke of Davies Medical Center and Dr. Gene Carragee of Stanford University.

Dr. Billys is a member of the North American Spine Society, the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Theodore Fisher

Dr. Theodore Fisher, MD

Dr. Theodore Fisher is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon. He provides care for spinal disorders, including scoliosis, degenerative diseases such as arthritis, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, tumors, and fractures.
In many cases, Dr. Fisher is able to treat patients using non-surgical methods. When surgery is needed, he is able to perform minimally invasive procedures, which decreases patient discomfort and offer faster recovery times. His procedures include disc replacements, spinal fusions, microdisectomies, laminectomies and kyphoplasties.

In providing care, Dr. Fisher takes an individualized approach that addresses his patient’s specific needs and circumstances. Dr. Fisher prefers using conservative measures when treating patients and only proceeds to surgery if necessary. He enjoys educating patients about their conditions and how to avoid additional problems in the future. His goal is to increase patients’ ability to function and participate in the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Andrew Corbett is an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. Dr. Corbett earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, in May 2017.
He completed his Adult Deformity and Spinal Reconstruction Surgery Fellowship at the Sonoran Spine Center in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Corbett completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
As an active member of professional societies, Dr. Corbett holds memberships in the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO), the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the North American Spine Society (NASS).
During his academic years, Dr. Corbett served as the Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery at USF Largo Medical Center. He demonstrated his leadership skills and dedication to the field. With his exceptional training, dedication to patient care, and ongoing pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Corbett continues to make a significant impact in the field of spine and orthopedics. Through his expertise and compassionate approach, he strives to improve the quality of life for his patients, providing them with personalized and comprehensive treatments for a wide range of orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Richard Katz, MD

Dr. Richard Katz, MD

Dr. Katz is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics, renowned for his expertise in treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. His extensive skill set encompasses various procedures, including Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, ACL Repair and Reconstruction, Meniscus Surgery, Shoulder Arthroscopy, Rotator Cuff Surgery, and Arthroscopic Surgery of the Knee and Shoulder. He also specializes in Sports Medicine, Carpal Tunnel treatment, and Fracture Care.

Dr. Katz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, before earning his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. He further honed his skills during his General Surgery Internship at St. Luke's Medical Center and his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at The George Washington University Medical Center.

Dr. Katz is a member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Florida Orthopaedic Society, Florida Medical Association, Eastern Orthopaedic Association, and the Pasco Medical Society. He is also involved with the U.S. Senate Committee on Physicians for Health Care Reform, and maintains affiliations with the Southern Medical Association, University of Michigan Alumni Association, and Rush Medical Alumni Association.

Dr. Ryan Ouillette

Dr. Ryan Ouillette is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. Dr. Ouillette attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. Completing his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch Hospital in Galveston, Texas, Dr. Ouillette acquired extensive knowledge and skills in orthopedics. To further specialize in his area of interest, he pursued a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Ml. Throughout his fellowship, he gained invaluable experience treating athletes at various levels, including high school, college, and professional sports.

Dr. Ouillette treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including various shoulder conditions, such as shoulder replacement, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and labral tears. Additionally, he specializes in elbow injuries, including elbow arthroscopy and tears of the distal biceps and triceps tendons. Dr. Ouillette is also proficient in knee conditions, including knee arthroscopy, cartilage defects, meniscus tears, and knee ligament injuries. In addition to his extensive expertise in sports-related injuries, Dr. Ouillette performs direct anterior hip and knee replacement surgery and treats fractures throughout the body, Achilles tendon tears, hamstring tendon tears, and a wide range of general orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Ouillette is committed to providing patient-centered care. He believes in educating his patients thoroughly about their orthopedic conditions, and taking the time to answer all their questions and concerns. He works collaboratively with his patients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their unique medical needs and goals. His approach emphasizes exploring non-surgical options whenever possible, reserving surgery as a last resort treatment.

Jacob Choi is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. He received his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at the Lake Erie College of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at the Largo Medical Center.

Dr. Choi has worked in the sports and orthopedic medicine field since 2003, he has been practicing since 2013 and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Choi is passionate about quality patient care and helping patients improve their overall health. At the Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics, he specializes in Interventional Injection Therapy.

Dr Rushad Juyia, DO

Rushad Juyia, DO

Rushad Juyia is a Board Certified Sports and Emergency Medicine physician. He specializes in the nonsurgical treatment and management of all musculoskeletal, joint, and spine related issues. He is highly proficient in administering both ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided spine and joint injections.

Dr. Juyia received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine and his fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Albany Medical Center in New York.

Dr. Juyia is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American College of Emergency Physicians, Society for Academic Emergency Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Jonas Santos, D.O.

Dr. Jonas Santos is a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, fellowship trained physician at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics, where he provides Minimally Invasive Procedures and Interventional injections to his patients. Dr. Santos earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Santos' extensive medical training continued at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine where he completed his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He rotated through Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt Cancer Center to learn a multitude of procedures to treat the spine and musculoskeletal system. In his final year of residency training, he served as Chief Resident. Subsequently, he completed an additional Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, where he was awarded Fellow of the Year and gained advanced expertise in interventional procedures to alleviate pain.

Dr. Santos is an active member of professional organizations, including the North American Spine Society, Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association. By being involved in these esteemed associations, he remains up-to-date with the latest advancements in his field and engages in the exchange of knowledge and ideas with fellow professionals.

Dr. Eric Berryman

Eric Berryman, DO

Dr. Berryman is Board-Certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Berryman received his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ.  He completed his final year of training as Chief Resident in Family Medicine at Largo Medical Center in Florida.  Following residency, Dr. Berryman worked as a staff physician in the Emergency Department in both Vero Beach, FL at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center and in Ocala, FL at West Marion Community Hospital.

Dr. Berryman began his medical work and research in Scottdale, Arizona in the field of pain medicine in 2004, culminating in his Master's in Biomedical Science in the area of spinal drug delivery.  He is passionate about the benefits of Interventional Injection Therapy in difficult-to-treat pain. At Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedic he focuses on the evaluation of the spine and joint-related diseases and treatment with non-surgical interventions.

Dr. Berryman is a member of several local and national organizations including the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society (PCOMS),  Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA),  American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP),  ACOFP (Florida), American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS).

Dr. Berryman has been published in academic journals and has been involved in many research studies within his areas of interest. In addition to his contributions to the medical field, Dr. Berryman also enjoys spending time exploring the Florida coast with his family.

Bryan Wisniewski - Family Nurse Practitioner

Bryan Wisniewski is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. Bryan takes a collaborative approach when administering care to his patients working with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, physician assistants, and other ancillary staff to deliver the best possible patient outcomes.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing at the Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated with distinction. He earned is his Associates of Nursing from St. Petersburg College where he graduated Cum Laude and earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing where he graduated with President’s Honors.

He started his nursing career with the Medical Center of Trinity as an emergency room nurse then became an ER Preceptor, and charge nurse. He joined Dr. Siddiqi's practice in 2014 to expand his career with a focus on spine and orthopedics. Wisniewski has been a member of several professional memberships to include the American Nurses Association and the Emergency Nurses Association.

Mary Wright, ARNP

Mary Wright is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, working with Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. She provides health care to patients for preventative, acute, and chronic medical conditions.

Mary received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2012 from the University of South Florida (USF). Her primary approach in providing high-quality patient care is to develop close relationships to her patients, listening to their concerns, and collaborating with their physicians to develop a treatment plan based on the patients’ individual needs. She has experience in dealing with patient care on individuals aged 13-100+ years old. Her expertise includes internal medicine, surgical pre- & post-operative, and acute & chronic illnesses. She has been in leadership positions throughout her career and in 2007, she was Honored as the WOW Award Winner Ambulatory Care Unit, with Baycare Health System.

Edmund Bongolan, ARNP

Edmund is a board-certified adult-gerontological nurse practitioner. He received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa. His experience ranges from perioperative, postoperative, cardiovascular, information technology, and interventional radiology. At Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics Edmund works with patients to help them understand their spine and orthopedic related conditions and the treatment options available to them. When he’s not in the office, he works as first assist to our surgeons in the operating room. Edmund is passionate about providing excellent care to his patients through education and individual counseling. He works with the Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics medical team to ensure he’s delivering the best results possible for his patients.

Denise Campbell - ARNP

Denise Campbell is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. Denise brings a wealth of experience and an authentic commitment to enriching the lives of our patients. Throughout her healthcare journey, she has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to personalized interactions, care excellence, and empathy. Her positivity and proactive approach position her as a valuable asset in navigating solutions tailored to the unique needs and concerns of our patients. Denise obtained a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University of Saint Louis, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate in Science in Nursing from Pasco-Hernando State College. With a wealth of experience spanning crucial roles at Oak Hill Hospital and Spring Hill Regional Hospital, Denise's expertise covers PACU, Pre-Op, Cath Recovery, Endoscopy, and ICU. Denise Campbell embodies the core values of Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics, providing not only medical expertise but also a warm and compassionate approach to patient care.

Priscila F. Marques - Physician Assistant

Priscila F. Marques, PA

Priscila F. Marques joins Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics as a highly skilled Physician Assistant with a distinguished career in various surgical specialties. Priscila has excelled as a first assistant in a wide array of surgeries, including general, orthopedic, spine, gynecological, and vascular procedures, showcasing expertise in computer-navigated, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries. Prior to this, Priscila contributed her skills at an orthopedic clinic, specializing in elective orthopedic spine procedures. Her capabilities span diagnostic examinations, laboratory/imaging interpretation, and comprehensive post-operative care, where she managed all follow-up visits with precision.
Priscila holds a Doctor of Medical Science in the Advanced Practice of Neurosurgery from Lynchburg University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her educational journey also includes a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Florida International University. Licensed as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification, Priscila is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Academy of Doctoral Physician Assistants, and the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery.

Melissa Erb, ANRP

Melissa Erb is an acute care nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne School of Nursing, Cleveland Ohio. She works primarily in spine orthopedics, providing both clinical and perioperative care to spine patients at Florida Advanced Spine and Orthopedics. Her focus is on providing quality care with compassion, while educating patients of their conditions, treatment options and surgical experience. Melissa has helped hospital organizations establish their certification in spine surgery through the Joint Commission. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses and the North American Spine Society.
